The Little Things in Life

I was at a wedding today and witnessed an “embarrassing moment.”

I saw it but it didn’t really register with me at first. The groom extended his arm for the bride to hook her arm around, but at the same time, the bride turned around to look at the other side. He immediately retracted his arm and waited for her to turn back around to prevent further “embarrassment.”

To the viewer, it is a minuscule detail that probably went unnoticed by the majority. However to the groom, it may still be going through his mind as the wedding progresses.

My brother, the one who pointed it out to me, chuckled and said “it’s the little things in life.”

Although this phrase usually has a positive connotation, it can sometimes have some not-so positive meanings!
